We are a husband-and-wife team helping investors and property owners unlock the potential of residential and commercial property across Aberdeen and the wider UK. We specialise in sourcing carefully researched investment opportunities, providing independent property insight, and delivering practical solutions that transform under-utilised property into high-quality homes and sustainable investments through integrity, expertise and long-term relationships.
Our Approach
Fallon Wright Property takes its name from our maternal grandmothers—two extraordinary women whose strength, kindness and values continue to inspire everything we do. Those family values of honesty, integrity and genuine care remain at the heart of our business. We believe in building lasting relationships with clients, partners and investors through expert advice, open communication and a commitment to always doing what is right.
About Us
We (Stuart and Stacey McMorran) first met in 2006, united by a shared love of music and education. After marrying in New Zealand in 2008, we spent four inspiring years in Qatar as school heads of department, before returning to the UK to launch a creative performing arts company — delivering high-energy, STOMP-style performances and workshops for children and corporate team-building, alike.
A few years later, our journey took us back to Qatar for another two years of teaching and setting up a new school, followed by time spent travelling and reflecting on what we wanted next in life. The loss of close family members in 2020 prompted a move to Scotland, where we continued teaching whilst renovating our next home together.
We had already completed several successful property renovations and flips over the years, but working on investment projects together has reignited our shared passion for property. From that point, our focus has naturally evolved — combining creativity, discipline, and investing in our education into a growing commitment to property investment and helping ourselves and others build their own paths to financial freedom.
